A few weeks ago, some friends from school and I decided that we could benefit from promoting ourselves with a formal event. With Brett’s family in charge of the guest list, we fed noshes and samples of our finest signature dishes to about 40 people during a wine tasting event in Hillsborough.
We each prepared 3-4 that best represented our specialty:
Brett and Andrea brought their A-game with savory canapes.
Stephanie brought small boxes with 6 different varieties of cookies in each box.
I brought samples of Red Velvet, Vanilla, and Chocolate cake, with pictures from the blog of what I can turn them into. Each mini cupcake was about 2 bites worth… Just enough to keep ’em coming back for more:-)
