What to expect when scheduling a consultation

An initial consultation is required for all new clients. Included with your $100 consultation fee is a 45-minute, virtual meeting for you and one guest, to talk about flavors, design, and other general awesomeness. You may sample up to 3 of the flavors listed on our Menu page. We will reach out to you directly, to arrange pickup of your samples in advance of your selected appointment time. The total cost of your consultation is non-refundable. If you do not see an appointment time that works for you, please email Allison at CakeDoneRight@gmail.com. 

After your consultation, an invoice for your order along with payment information will be emailed to you. 

Rescheduling/Canceling your Consultation

Because everything is made from scratch exclusively for your consultation, please allow at least 72 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancelations are not eligible for refund.  Cake Done Right reserves the right to reschedule appointments as necessary.
